    So much of junk at home... but eating with limit...
    Now exams started for DS , next 10 days busy with him

    Workout 40 min spot jogging

    Skin care applied olive oil after bath

    update for 21/03/17

    EM - Curry leaves + water
    BF - 2 roti + rajma curry + tea
    MM - some pieces of coconut
    Lunch - mashed potato + fried mushroom + 1 sausage
    Afternoon - 1 cup tea
    Evening - little mixture + later 1 cucumber
    Night - 1 dosa + mint chutney

    Workout - 2 miles LS walk + 7145 steps

    Skin care - applied wheat flour mask
