    No workout - summer break and time change
    Diet - I eat clean yesterday
    Face care - done

    Rubbed banana peel on face

    Workout - Walked 8225 steps , will start LS from tomorrow

    Diet
    EM - Curry leaves + water
    BF - Poha with Banana + tea (with sugar)
    MM - fist full mixture + tea (no sugar)
    Lunch - Rice + pumpkin dal + clustered beans subji + Mint chutney
    Afternoon - Mint + curd drink
    Evening - 1 fist full mixture + tea
    Night - 3 puri + subji

    Not a very good in terms of diet

    Skin Care - Applied home made face serum in the morning and in the night

    Diet

    Thursday fasting
    MM - Water + Tea
    Afternoon - 2 cups of sour milk followed by some dry apricot + later 1 cup of tea
    Evening - Besan chilla + 2 orange
    Night - 1 cup of milk

    Skin Care - Applied lemon+rose water
