    Dear Aunty,
    In the Mango mousse recipe,if am replacing normal china grass in place of instant one,is it enough to add about 3gms for a cup of milk?Because u told me to add 10gms for a liter of milk,I got this doubt since only a cup of milk is used in the recipe?

    Also what is the golden syrup used in ginger biscuit recipe?Am not getting anything in that name in the market here..
