    when i read the title i thought it would ve some exerxise routine...But surprised to find your tips!!!!:rotfl yup.. not only physical exercise is enough. :)

    How to reduce tummy fat ?

    Hi all,
    I am posting this new useful thread to share our views and tips on reducing tummy fat and maintain flat tummy. As all of us have great desire for flat tummy.....

    Any one knowing useful tips please share..........

    Yoga asanas help to reduce belly fat. Like other ILites said u need to do kapaalbati continously 5 min slowly. If u r doing first time,u start doing for 30 sec., then daily increase the duration. After the kapaalbati u do the udhyana bandha, i,e pulling the wall of the abdomen inside after exhalation for 5 sec. then u can increase . Daily u must do. While walking also pull your belly little inside,so the muscle of the back become strong, and always sit straight. For a flat tummy I suggest u do household works such as wiping the floor, washing the clothes etc.

    Hi ,
    Found this healthy drink recipe online to reduce belly fat and get toned body, has any1 here tried this before??

    This article presents a recipe for an elixir that will give you some extra energy, repair your skin and help you get rid of the boring drooping belly!

    Ingredients:

    • ½ – 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder
    • ½ – 1tablespoon of ginger powder
    • ½ a teaspoon of cayenne pepper

    Except for the stevia (no-calorie natural sweetener), the rest of the thing is a slight variation of Rasam, short of some oil-fried mustard seeds and a spring of curry leaf , and (optional) coriander. There is a special Udupi rasam fed to nursing mothers, that does not have any dal in it. Just pepper water with some cumin and garlic. Perhaps that same thing doubles as a belly reducer. Something to investigate, hunh?
    OTOH, Udupi guys are so cute and chubby.

    Combination of..
    Strength training plus cardio with right diet works wonders..
    Lot of water.

    Other one is yoga plus Zumba plus strength training high interval is important

    If u can afford train with a personal instructor
