No Excuse- Weight Loss Begining For 2017

    Was not able to log here for 3 days because of busy schedule and festival arrangements.
    17 jan-
    Bf- poha
    Lunch- palak moong dal rice
    Snack- sakinalu vth chutney ( this unable to control ), besan ladoo
    Dinner- jowar roti 1/2, rice, sambar, tindora curry
    Snack time is my weakness. This is the only time where i cannot control myself. I just want to gobble something as soon as i come home from work. Need to work on this.

    Water- 5 glasses. Increasing my water intake slowly mostly in the evening so that I adapt to that schedule as i have this bathroom problem at work during morning hours which is a big headache for me.

    Steps- 12000 :)))

    Tue 18th Jan:

    Morning: 1 cup of chocolate soya milk
    breakfast: 2 dosas
    lunch: Mediterranean couscous
    snack: 1 pear
    dinner: not yet planned

    exercise: 4 miles walking
    water intake: 4 cups so far

    Hi Lakshmi
    I walk whenever i get time. I reach home by 4 from work. By that time it's already 5000 steps. So evening half an hour walk for 2500 steps and night sfter dinner half n hour for 2500 steps. I usually do only 10000 steps. But sometimes i walk for 5000 steps after dinner ie one hour . I walk while browsing facebook , watsapp, or during calls ie everytime i use phone for long periods.

    18 jan-
    Bf- pesarattu, ginger chutney
    Lunch- aloo rice
    Snack- tea 1/2 cup, 1 marie biscuit
    1 blueberry muffin
    Dinner- 2 phulka, besan curry ( pitla)
    Rice1/2 cup, curd, brinjal curry

    Steps- 10300
    Few planks
    Water- 4 glasses

    Hi ladies!
    I'm 39 mother of 2, weighing 79 kg having hypothroidism, want to join the fitness challenge.I find myself not able to stick to any diet so want to join and get myself motivated. Will post my diet and excercise right now just started with some cardio.
