    I don't think its easy to unblock the fallopian tubes. Through allopathy some claim it can be done, still its not trustworthy. Those are very thin tubes, hard to open them up. At times hsg unblocks too.

    Endo thickness is very important for conception. They need to be above 8mm around ovulation.

    If allopathy nt possible...can it b possible to unblock through other medical approach????

    I don't think other medical approach helps in this as well.. While doing hsg or laparoscopy itself at times simple blocks might get removed.
    If just one tube is blocked, the other tube can support in conception.
