Pregnancy Diet

    Hi dear,
    How many weeks are u now? I'm entering 34 weeks and hav gained 13 kgs. I'm watching my weight gain this time bcos i gained lots of weight during my first 2 pregancies and had big babies.
    But my pregnancies weight melted very quickly since I breastfed exclusively for 1 year for both babies. Increased 5 kg slowly after i stopped breastfeeding.
    Im not having much in between snacks. And only 3 meals per day, will munch on fruits whenever I feel hungry. But not feeling hungry most of the time due to heartburn.
    Will walk around my car porch 20 mins 3 to 4 times per day.

    Hi Seekingbless,

    Congragulation.

    This is 28th week.
    After pregnancy i gained 16 kilo...
    So, trying to maintain my food as well as baby health.

    I am trying to cut sweet and oil items.
    I totally cut the oil items.
    I like sweets.
    Unable to cut that is my problem.

    If want to eat sweet, I am taking biscuit items.

    yes, my mom saying, during breastfeed time.
    Gradually you are lose your weight.
    Don't take it seriously weight gain part.

    At the same, I am do any activity.
    Because of health problem.
    That also reason for weight gain. I think!

    In this week, I having leg cramps and leg pain is unbearable.
    Is this normal? in this week.

    biscuit 10 (I felt too hungry in evening time)
    Coffee
    Dosa 4 with cocounut chutney.
    Milk

    Had Good day biscuit 10 is my BIG mistake today.
    Need to include sprouts without fail.

    Successfully, I am not eat snacks like oil, salty and sweets:banana:

    Dear ,

    Do some meditation and reduce your carbohydrates diet and introduce a protein diet. Which will help you to feel full for long time . Reduce wheat products . Take fresh veg/ meat , eggs . Reduce or cut down your sweet which help to you gain more weight . Start eating amla daily .

    Leg cramps are normal dear. Are u taking calcium tablets or milk. Try to place ur legs higher when sleeping or lying down.
