    Kudos to your dedication. I am here in IL almost after a year. I'd my second baby last year and now focusing on to reduce those extra pounds I've gained. I've not yet started a exercise routine. Will join you in the weight loss journey.

    Hi All,
    A very happy New Year to all of you !

    What a great way to end 2016 and begin 2017 with a strong sense of achievement.
    I started 2016 with 146 pounds.
    Today, I am 124 pounds.

    Its not easy as it sounds. every pound loss will tell stories...
    Lots of sacrifices behind, lots of pain behind... but worth embracing sacrifices to taste the feel of success...
    Good Luck to all for another great year.

    I will begin the new thread for 2017 today. Please join me in weight loss journey.
