Week By Week Changes To Lose Weight

    Drink plenty of water........... try lemon drink
    Start your day with Honey with warm water.......... then 6 to 7 almonds daily......
    Eat fiber food............ take one apple a day......... drink Carrot/ Orange Juice...
    Do aerobics ... go for a walk daily

    Hi,

    Today being sunday....no breakfast to cook.
    Instead we 3 ate papaya and had coffee.

    Again ate one egg.

    Had a lunch outside.

    Had tea for evening.

    In our home we drink coffee and tea on weekends alone.weekdays only Milk.

    And using jaggery syrup as sweetner.

    And made parotta and kurma for dinner.

    I really too much oil for parotta.:-(

    No walking today

    But did sweeping of the entire house.

    28th Nov 2016 - 83.5kg

    Walked on sat and Sunday for approx 20 minutes.
    Went for morning walk today as well...

    Following targets for this week
    1. Walk everyday
    2. Fruit and salad everyday
    3. Dinner before 7
    4. Chocolates and ice cream only on 2 days

    Hi ,

    No instant fixes for weight loss.

    What we really need is consistent try till we achieve. Also don't starve yourself so eat healthy and do some physical exercise...

    I tried to starve myself initially ,the weight also reduced and came back again.

    So balancing is the key.i read rujitha diwakar book "don't lose your mind lose your weight" that given me some insight.

    I have modified my lifestyle a little.also i have changed few things which I can able to follow till the end , Not just for now ...

    Just my two cents :)

    Today morning

    One banana , had 2 dosas with kurma.
    Had grapes as snack.

    Afternoon : had dal with rice and raw plantain poriyal.

    Evening : tomato soup

    Dinner : ragi roti and drank milk

    No walk today, just washed my boy dresses.and house chores alone.

    That's it for today gals

    Walk
    Morning - tea, 2 Marie, muskmelon
    Breakfast - 2 toast , 2 boiled eggs
    Lunch - 3/4cup brown rice, dal, lauki
    Eve - 4marie, tea
    Dinner - chicken salad ( boiled chk PCs with steamed cabbage, onions, salt n pepper)

    Daughter also loved the salad.

    hi everybody

    Woww its rocking so many in the group and its inspiring and also WELCOME all

    Target of the week 1 kg ( present weight 91kgs, Monday)
    Walk
    Do all house hold chores by self
    Drink ginger juice in the morning ( started from sunday)
    Eat only when hungry ( if its crossed lunch time i eat cucumber , carrot and wait till dinner time )
    Brkfast by 9.00a.m ( i eat watever i make for my daughter but i dont cross more than one dosa or two if its dosa etc)
    Now a days it so happens my tummy skips lunch time and start craving for food after 2.00p.m:astonished:
    Eat dinner by 7.00 p.m.
