Weightloss - Cw - 82. Dont Know From Where To Start

    Hello All,

    I couldnt update during the weekend and from today I have started to a new client's place where I cant access Indusladies.

    During the weekend, the diet was good except on sunday's evening. There was a unplanned dinner but I controlled myself. I had little there.

    Monday- Day was good. everything was in moderation. but after coming from office I feel so hungry that I hog on anything. I controlled today. I ate but all homecooked food, the quantity was way too much.

    In the evening it becomes quite difficult to control. The kids also come home very hungry. It is like everything starts eating from they see in front of them :D

    Exercise wise I couldnt do anything. I dont understand when shud I exercise. I couldnt sleep through the night as my daugher keeps waking up in the middle of night. Morning time is so chaotic, getting both of the kids ready to school and daycare, cooking and then office. In the evening, it is like again, bath time, homework, cooking and by the time it all completes, I loose my motivation to exercise or walk.

    Please suggest some ideas how can I incorporate the exercise.

    P.S - Work pressure is too much at the client side. :(

    For me
    Morning
    Jeera water with honey
    Oats with water and milk honey
    Morning snack Coffee ( this is bad)

    Lunch
    2 roti with eggplant curry

    Peppermint tea

    After 4 hours ( 4:30pm)
    2 bread with hummus

    On way back home
    Apple

    Dinner
    Havent decided yet

    Hello Friends ,

    You can try out with palak(Spinach) soup for breakfast ,as i had been using since a year and it worked good .

    Wash , cut and boil the palak with a pinch of salt . Grind the boiled palak and add a 1/2 spoon of pepper, Have it hot , its very good for weight loss at the same time its a healthy one.

    ThAnks chandmaha. I will try that but soup are not my thing in the morning. I have boiled spinach in my fridge which i prepared during the weekend. I can try that tonight also. Thanks for this tip
