    Morning- lemon honey warm water
    Bf - 2 dosas with spinach dal curry
    Fruits as snack
    Lunch - 2 cups rice (I know it's too much but couldn't control )
    Fruits as snack
    Tea with milk and sugar
    4 wheat dosa with onion chutney (too much again )
    30 mins walk

    Morning - hot water lemon and honey
    Tea with milk and sugar
    Breakfast - multi grain and dal dosa with spinach and dal
    Snack - 1 guava
    Lunch - 1 cup rice with spinach dal and green gram side dish
    Snack - orange and guava
    Green tea by 5
    7pm - tea with milk and sugar
    7: 40 pm - 2 akki roti
    9 pm papaya with grapes

    Hi Lakshmi and friends,

    Was busy with dasara.

    from now on I am in to the journey.

    My current weight is 64 and target is 50-53 as currently my BMI is showing obese.

    was not excercising for the past 4 days, will start it from today.

    tomorrow I will update my schedule.

    Hi Kavithamadhavan,
    Glad that you are back , I am only updating from last few days. I am also not doing any workout will have to start so that I can fast track weightloss.
    Height - 168
    Weight - 86
    Bmi - obese
    Atleast I need to make my Bmi to overweight by next 2 - 3 months.
    7am - Hot water honey lemon
    8.30 tea with sugar and milk
    9.30 1 idiyappam with cauliflower kurma
    Orange as snack
    1 pm - 1 cup rice with cauliflower kurma + raw banana side dish
    4 pm - 1 glass milk without sugar and banana
    6 pm guava
    7.30 pm 2 small chapati with egg whites
    9 pm cucumber
    10.30 Papaya , grapes and watermelon ( 1 bowl out of three fruits )

    Today I was feeling hungry throughout so kept on eating fruit's.

    if you follow the same sure you will lose weight.
    I did not do exercise today as I slept very late yesterday.
    From tomo.. I will do definitely.

    even I want to move from obese (BMI)
    let us do it...

    Hi everyone,

    I am back after a long gap..glad to see the thread active and many enthusiastic ladies join me!! welcome to this thread and lets lose together !! :)

    Today I also computed my BMI and weighed myself in the morning, I have put on 1 kilo and I am going to lose again with you all..

    BMI shows as overweight... :( :(

    Target for Oct month is 2 kilos..

    Starting weight (13 Oct): 76.3 kgs
    Target Weight (31 Oct) : 74 kgs

    Lets begin with all the energy and enthu to be fit for the New year!!

    lost 3 kgs during Navaratri but gained again in no time due to normal routine
    feel like crying

    Hi SHSK,
    Don't worry , it might be just the water weight that you have lost. You gained it back after starting normal diet. Let us try to lose weight with diet and workout . Kindly restart again after taking a small break, you will lose more soon.

    Yesterday

    8.30 - Warm water with lemon and honey
    9.30 - Tea with milk and sugar
    10.30 - Cornflakes with low fat milk
    No snacks
    12.30 - Lunch - 1 cup rice and green gram

    2.30 - 1 guava and 2 small cucumber

    4.30 - 1 glass low fat milk
    7 pm - dinner
    01 am - egg omlete with khooboos

    Today
    10 am - warm water with lemon and honey
    11 am - tea
    11.30 - wheat puttu and dosa with sam bar
    2 pm - 1 cup tomato rice with brinjal fry
    Snack - 2 small oranges
    Dinner - 1 bowl cabbage( all veggies) soup
    1 bowl papaya and grapes
    1 glass low fat milk
    Workout - 1 hour outdoor cycling
