Aloe-vera wonders!!!

Thanks. Amazed at its health benefits . All should read about it. One disappointment is I'm unable to get the right Tamil name.

 

Would this be correct???? Aloe vera, சோத்துக்கத்தாழை, English, Tamil, Translation - I Googled "Tamil name for aloe vera" It looks so much prettier in the tamil script.

Hi, not sure what they call chia seed in local languages.. but you can order it from Amazon, try in your local super markets also.

 

Not sure what they call in Hindi ..... you can find it in Amazon and nature's basket etc.
