    Hike for 6 miles definitely counts Laks! It needs more than walking...so definitely yes..

    I was out of town and then had my monthly time..so I am here after some time..

    Did 0.5 and 1 mile last to last week and 1 mile last week..hopefully I can get more done this week!

    I have to look for indoor track for cycling as its getting cold..On the bright side, did 30 mile bike ride on Saturday! I am dreading winter..

    evenings are at 60 degrees here in Chicago already:crybaby2:...
    I joined a health club yesterday to push through my coming winter months. i tried cardio stepup and cardio fusion classes. my barre class is going awesome
