Buddies Required!!! Lose a kg a month - 2016

    Hello ladies..

    I want to lose atleast 4 kgs in 4 months. So joining this thread.

    I will start logging my food and exercise from tomorrow.

    Exercise - Nil. Had to rest.
    Diet was ok.

    07/12
    Exercise - 22 min. cross trainer, 18 min cycling, 15 treadmill(8 min run)
    Diet was as usual

    07/13
    Exercise - 30 min cross trainer, 15 min treadmill (8 min run)..got lazy:BangHead:
    Diet was bad as I ate two small muffins for breakfast. All day meetings today and they served food:(

    Don't worry Sandstar...there are bad and good days in weight loss. I heard from someone and later read on google that you could lose weight if you don't eat for 12 hours in the night. eg: 8pm - 8am. I also feel that I put down more when I don't snack after dinner. If are already doing that, great else may be you could try it...Its going to be my goal for August!

    Thanks Vibha for your support.. will try to do that..
    Though I cud not do it daily..

    July 13 update -
    15 mins treadmill and 10 mins cardio online.

    Had a cake due to farewell of my colleague.. looking forward for some control on my food and exercise routine.
    Next month I am travelling, would like to reduce a bit before that.

    Vibha your idea is good.Good way to cheer up too..

    Well from 2 days my son is getting up at middle of night and crying, may be night mares.
    so my sleep cycle is gone again and hence whole day I am sloppy.
    which in turn again imablances my harmones and i feel depressed and eat junk.
    uff fed up of it.yesterday again I became weak and cudnt do household chores.
    so ordered food from out.and no exercise.
    today also feeling low:crybaby2::sconf::rolleye:, no energy to do daily chores.I am drinking coffee and some how pushing myself.:confundio1:

    2 days i exercised again2 days I am low.I am fed up of this viscous cycle and of constantly feeling tiered.:weary::sob:

    7/15 - Diet was not so good.. Ate too much junk that I don't even want to put all those here :weary:
    Exercise - Walk 30 mins

    Will make progress...
