    hi...
    has anyone undergone cervical stitch ..my doctr has suggested for one next month after completing 12-14 weeks...kinda worried..any inputs???

    ya its usually done for the people who has weak uterus and a tendency to open leading to premature delivery.
    But depends on the people as it leads the take rest

    thank u for d reply..yup im havng uterine anomaly hence suggested for d stitch...will it lead to complte bed rest throughtout d pregnency...

    My cousin underwent this procedure during her pregnancy with twins through IVF. She was not in complete bed rest for the entire pregnancy after that. I believe bed rest for a couple of days after the procedure is advised. As for her, she was walking and doing light chores till her due date.

    I had premature pregnancy and uterus was very weak and dilated .so I was complete bed rest for nine months.. but its depends on the people as all wont have same cases
