    hi all


    even i want to join you all but i will be starting from may 1st as im in my postpartum period. earlier i have lost around 8 kgs of weight by walking for an hour in treadmill and strictly avoiding sugar and junk foods. so have to resume

    I too want to join I dont follow any diet as it is and I always do not eat junk foods. I m walking for 40 mins - 1 hour every day Planning to start by tomroow

    Bf: 3 idlies, 1 cup sambar
    1 cup coffee
    lunch: 1 cup rice, 1/2 cup cabbage fry, little sambar
    1 cup tea
    dinner: 1.5 dosas

    thinking of cutting down sugar/fried item

    Lemon Juice
    Oranges
    Breakfast: Koozh
    Lunch: veg biriyani with raita
    Evening : fresh vegetables salad with sesame dressing
    Dinner: 2 roti with a laddle of paneer gravy
    Workout: 45 minutes walk
