Weight loss journey from 1st april 2016

    Hi all! Today's update:-

    Morning as usual my whole milk big cup of tea.

    Lunch 3 phulka with matki beans sabji

    Evening small cup of tea with 2 Marie biscuits

    Dinner spinach sauce pasta with aam panna.

    Exercise :- 20 min cardio kickboxing and 30 min of hiit cardio.

    Guilty day :facepalm:

    Lemon juice in warm water
    2 cucumbers
    4 small chocolate balls
    3 marie biscuits

    Lunch: vegetable salad with little sesame sauce
    Curd rice

    Evening: one cheese bread (320kcal)

    Dinner : Heavy Chicken Biriyani :worried:

    Workout : 30 minutes brisk walk

    I would also like to join.
    I want to reduce atleast a min of 8 kgs.....
    12 kgs would be a bonus.
    Let motivate and get motivated.
    Right now I am doing a brisk walk and taking steps to my floor.
    Planning to start with a detox and green tea.

    Hey, Learning Yoga is the best idea. I learnt from Rajayoga Bodhana sevasramam in velachery. I am doing for the past 15 days and see good results (getting younger!)
    Really forget walking, treadmills, work out, diet, BMI etc.:lol:. Be happy :lol:

    Hey do not skip ur breakfast,as i have seen some post some people only having a cup of tea:anguished: do u think it will help u to reduce ur weight:flushed:.. I would like to share u my diet plan or i can say routine...coz of this routine i have lost 3 kg in 3 months...(NW IAM BECOME LAZY TO FOLLOW,COZ I ONLY NEED TO LOOSE 2 KGS)

    Diet followed:
    1 small cup of upma and chutney.
    1 glass of sweet lime juice with out sugar
    3 chappati and channa masala
    3 Kadalai mittai in between
    1 fist of snacks ompodi ;)
    3 Raggi dosa with chutney

    Exercise: Yet to Start.

    Any one heard about low carb high fat diet.
    One of my colleague has lost more than 10kgs in 4 months.
    She told me that we can any vegetables except root vegetables. No fruits, No carbs (No rice, wheat anything) but can have any amount of egg, chicken, mutton, fish with out oil. But can use ghee/coconut oil itseems.
    Did anyone tried before? Could you follow that diet consistently?
