    A glass of warm water with a honey
    EM - 2 biscuits + 1.5 glass coconut water
    BF - 1 cup upma + 1 apple
    MS - 2 moong laddu
    Lunch - 2 chapati + 1 cup raw carrot veggie with slices of cucumber + 1/2 cup dal + 1/2 cup rice
    Eve - 1 banana + 1 glass lemon juice
    Dinner - 2 chapati + 1 cup beans veggie + 1 glass buttermilk

    water - 3.5 lt

    Workout :-
    1. 30 mins. Aerobics - outside walk
    2. 30 mins. Abdominal crunches, quadriceps extension, squats with dumbbells, calf raises with dumbbells
    3. stretch exercises
    4. 20 mins. yoga exercises
    And meditation
