    Dear Shiva,

    Can you share certain exercises that you used to do for shedding those extra kilos especially for the tummy? I have lost my post pregnancy weight but unsuccessful to reduce the tummy area. Please guide.

    I still have a big tummy and I have yet not attacked it. I have started running and it seems to work for my belly fat. You can google up planks, they are very effective for belly fat.

    wonderful blog...i am 28 yrs old...hav a 2 yr old girl baby..now i am exp my 2 baby..5 months preg..i hav developed a huge tummy from 1 preg...without reducing that now i am in the 2nd preg..really worried..nowitself i determined to reduce the weight after delivery..this blog was very useful..pics r really good..as a south indian i take lot of rice..even for 3 meals i can eat rice...here after i ll cut my rice...

    Hope all good there..I am new mum and looking forward to reduce my abdominal fat particularly..having infant baby keeps me busy all the time..can you suggest some tips for reducing stomach and abdominal fat..

    Very interesting to know that tou lost huge lot of weight...iam try too.
    I was 90 when i delivered my ds 3.5 years back and now iam 78. I still have 10-12 kgs to go.
    If possible kindly suggest
    Iam doing yoga pranayam 45min-1hr in the morning between 6.30-7.30 A.M.
    Recently i stopped taking rice. Iam cosuming 2-3 chapatis with curries, salad. One day in a week Non veg.
    I started taking green tea 23-cups daily
    kindly suggest if i needed
