shans I bought ragi flour today just to try this recipe and the previous ragi buttermilk recipe... Both these recipes are simple and healthy, am sure they are very tasty also Do keep posting such healthy recipes shan.
i like ragi vadams.. even sweet potatoes vadams.. but gone are the days when i used to eat all those.. today none in the family even consider these as food.. today i made chappathis from finger millet/kambu and they were equally good.. only the taste maybe new for someone who has not tried it.. but if you suffer from acidity, it is a 50/50...comfort level test first... attaching the picture of the same in the blog space..
vjb thanks dear for trying.. and happy you liked it to... i have posted picture of the millet variation..just replace ragi with finger millet/jonnalu/kambu.. voila bajra chappathis...
Dear Shan last night I made ragi chappathis for dinner.:thumbsup It was awesome.Loved it. regards Sowmya
Dear shanvy Congrats! on your success in Weightloss Journey. Inspired by your recommendations for Ragi Yesterday night I made Ragi kanji and kept for fermenting. today morning When I was about to have it, my Maid threatened me saying, "this kanji is normally given for small kids, madam. The children will become chubby having this kanji. But dont drink this you will become fat""!!! OMG!! I was shocked to hear this. But When I surf in internet it says it is good for weightloss! But I am still in confusion!! please share your experience please!! sumisen
