[JUSTIFY]What is true Yoga? It is control of vagaries of the mind and senses. We should treat alike pleasure & pain, praise & censure. That is Yoga.

Religion means, "One that binds with origin". The purpose of all religions is to teach how to integrate with the Universal Absolute

Guru is one who provides Eternal knowledge with patience and perseverance, teaches how to put into practice and expects nothing in return

Childhood makes us learn, marriage makes us listen, parenthood makes us govern & old age makes us maintain

Unconditional love with no expectation is best for a perfect marriage. It is an obligation to a partner who shares our happiness & suffering

God does not expect to worship Him but he expects us to love our fellow beings, truthful, righteous, peaceful and non-violent

It is impossible to draw from this world without giving something back in return. We have a right to make a living but an obligation to give

World is created by our mind. Therefore, if we see problems out in the world, it is because how our mind perceives the world

Our mental faculty should make three important decisions: What information to receive, how to react to such information and how to respond

Every day given to us is a gift from the Universal Absolute. We need to use it for understanding why we came into existence and achieve it

If we do not know what our life expectancy is, how do we plan our actions for our entire life including retirement? That is what is called faith

Equanimity in life can be achieved by consistently practicing elimination of desires and attachments. They are the cause for our sufferings

It is much more challenging to keep up fulfilling our desires than to face a competition from a fellow being

Passion drives our dreams. Our success is directly proportional to how much we can visualize internally and execute externally

Thoughts are more powerful than nuclear power. If used correctly can provide high energy and if used wrongly can destroy lives

We get possessed by our possessions, thinking it is ours. Once we start thinking we are the trustees of what we have, the mind is relaxed

We create our world outside of us as we grow in this world & as we reduce our desires and sacrifice, we merge with the Creator of this world

When our vision is outside, we think to draw from this world what we need whereas when our vision is inside, we think to give to the world

Love gives and forgives and selfishness gets and forgets. Selflessness in life is real & permanent & creates unity with Universal Absolute

Learning to adapt to changes is important in life as it provides growth and consistency to our life. Without change, we become obsolete [/JUSTIFY]
