    Time passess……………..
    Whatever I do..
    Good or bad
    Praise or hurt
    Time passes irrespective
    of what one does.

Something big (we call it as big)
    happens in a moment
    it becomes history
    For the next moment...

    But the consequences
    follow and haunt us
    For each happening
    there comes a milestone..

    Some milestones, we celebrate
for some we lament and some
    we just remember

    but it happens often
    that the happening
    don’t go away with time..
    it sticks and sits
    in mind and heart..

    but for we neither celebrate
    nor contempt
    its just a memory…

    The great virtue of time
it makes us indifferent to some

You are one such happening in my life.

Good one Pallavi. Makes me ask a question. Is this reflecting somebody who is indifferent to someone? Regarding time, yes, its true. If only we realize that we are neither the left overs of yesterday and nor the dormant seeds of tomorrow, it becomes a lot easier to live here and now. -rgs

Thank you RGS for the fb. Presence of your fb in my blog gives me a confidence that i wrote sum substantiall stuff. :)

Yes, The Indifference I stressed about here is becoming so for other person. But it can be applicable to the happenings in life also, but again it can be related a person because of whom that happened. So by large meant to person.

I loved this summary of yours about time. Thank you once again for a wonderful fb

It is a magnificent poem on equanimity. Whether good or bad, it will pass and become history. Once we learn to keep our mind calm at both times, we pass the test of time. We should be a witness and not be the doer.

Frankly, when we raise above to our higher consciousness, time has no affect in our life. That is why most of the saints are unaffected by the time as they knew the past, present and future. Only when we think we are this frame, we have the time limitation. Once we transcend that, we are immortal with no time or space limitation.
