    This post spoke many of our minds.We lived in a joint family with people around always.Presently our families were shifted to their respective houses for good.so the loneliness and new atmosphere makes my mind think of so many unwanted thoughts or past.Now I developed the technique of keeping my mind occupied with positive affirmations,holy verses and nice songs.Above all,thanking God for what I have!

    Arabiandoll dear glad you are keeping your mind occupied. Ya instead of thinking unwanted things if we keep ourselves busy with something then those thoughts wont bother us. Yes dear God knows what to give us and when so we should be thankful to God for that
