    It is very healthy receipe and i ll try it out like dokla, but for which should u keep the dough overnight and then steam or can u steam immediately:)

    `Hi Vijaya,
    No you need not keep the dhokala for fermentation. Mix the suji in curd and keep for about 5-6 minutes and mix all ingredients. Bake it.
