New Diet chart with my experience !

    Hi dietlites,

    I had started my diet from last saturday so its 7th day today,I feel much better and lighter..

    Today I was going to college,so my bus was ready to leave ,by seeing that I started running fast and got in to it..ofcourse thanks to driver he waited..But after i seated I didnot felt tired ness or breathing problem which i used to have before after running:hide:.

    I'm walking jogging included for 40 min. a day.

    Wow I can see changes in me..

    hi ,
    Party was really good. My friend made really delicious food..I think I over ate:hide:.
    But yesterday I had no oil food. Only fruits and salad for dinner.
    I think we will all get really good results by the end of the diet.

    U are right....when I see people who have toned bodies...I get more and more enthusiatic about dieting and exercising. unfortunately I get bored too soon...but this time I am determined to follow tis routine
    Frankly I dont feel like I am dieting...first 2-3 days were a bit difficult...but now I am fine with it.
