Hi Ritu

My votes aren't getting reflected and I wonder why. My friends and family are voting for me but my percentage seems to be going down instead of rising. I was at 10 or 11% and I'm now down to 5%? Wonder why !! Please clarify .. since we cant see the figures, it's so confusing.

See, when we talk percentages (which is what poll daddy has set up) and there are eleven contestants, your vote will increase 1% for every eleven votes, that is if people above you have not increased their vote counts at the same time. I hope this makes things clear to you

I have learned : It's basically"who has a better network contest".. next time make sure your networking is gr8 b4 committing.lol who cares about the contest entry..this is my personal view.

Another point for improvement (maybe for the next contest) is this:

The rules clearly state that the blog should NOT identify the writer. Right? But on the voting page, it is only the names of the authors that is displayed, and not the name of the story/contribution. That is quite contradictory!

I do not see the % moving in any way even when a lot many people voted fr me yesterday. The other %z are also the same.. can someone explain? Even the poll daddy comment page was disabled.. Reason?

Pal, that was because we will identify and link the blogger. We did not want repeat information in your entry, it would be redundant. People do that, you know, add their names, which was not required.
