    Re: Best shampoo?

    Hi friends,

After hunting high and low, was unable to get Dabur Vatika Shampoo ; only hair oil was available in 2 shops, that too were pretty close to expiry date. On one such hunt, chanced upon a Organic Botanical shampoo called LIVE CLEAN - Fresh Water. It is free of all sulfates, SLS, Paraben and DEA and not even $2 more than the commercial Pert, Head & Shoulders etc. Even fragrance is very mild.

I've used it for nearly 2 months now and the difference is absolutely wonderful ! :2thumbsup:

Hairfall is drastically reduced :banana ; scalp dryness leading to itching has totally stopped and hair coarseness is completely gone ! Also needn't go to pharmacy 'cos it is easily available in regular dept.stores like Loblaws, Walmart etc.

We are very thrilled to have found this product :wowand thought of sharing here so that those who cannot find Indian herbal shampoos can very well go for this one.

    Regards,
    Grace.

I had been using TiGi shampoo and bodyshop berry conditioner when in Bombay. Since I have settled in coimbatore now , I have switched over to dove... Neither happy nor sad with it... But limited choices here

    Re: Aloe vera Shampoo

    Hi Shavi,

Have never used Aloe vera shampoo...but aloe vera is definitely good for skin.

If you can grow it at home then use fresh juice once or twice a week and massage it into your scalp. Leave it for 15-30 min and wash.

Do you apply oil regularly or do take warm oil massage 1-2 a week. This might also help.

For dandruff after the oil massage, rub in fresh lime juice into the scalp and leave it for some time and wash your hair.

    Hope this helps.
