    Hi ladies,

No offence intended but I've noticed that most women who come to live abroad from the Indian sub continent, have the first priority to employ a cook and/or domestic help. My parents and other relations arrived in the UK from Africa some 40/50 years ago, found employment in various sectors, worked extremely hard, some accepted night shift work due to better salary etc and always managed to cook and clean for themselves. Even the Europen women (born and bred in Europe) tend to manage without domestic help, despite working long hours and sometimes unsociable hours. So why is it that most women from India find the real need to have servants?
