    Solution for 2month old baby vayiru porumal... hearing sound grr grrr in his tummy.. poop is green and seedy ..pls suggest some remedy.. only breastmilk given

    It must be due to acidity or you must be taking more of iron rich foods... Just avoid gasy foods in your diet and make sure your baby burp after every feed ... You can apply vasambhu in your baby's tummy if required ...
