    EM - 1 cup plain water + 1 cup kanji
    BF- 2 dosa + coconut-onion chutney
    MM- 1 green tea
    Lunch - Cucumber slices + 1 phulka + chole curry +Buttermilk
    Eve - 1 banana , SL tea + Puffed rice
    Night - 2 Yellow lentil dosa

    30 mins of outside walk.

    Girls, I might be on and off until monday. My LO has vacation for these 4 days and might not be able to dedicate few hours for any workout as he will definitely pull and push through inbetween them. But I will make sure I do some workouts. Also, I have guests(DH's cousin with her family ) at home this weekend. So busy arranging things and making some goodies for them. I will definitely try around to workout and as always maintain a clean diet.

    walk 5k steps, about 3.5 km...yday didn't have time for longer walk

    A Glass of Warm Water With A Lemon.
    EM - 1 Cup Coffee + 2 Biscuits
    BF- 2 Dosa With Chutney + 1 Cup Grapes
    Morning Snack - 2 Moog Ladu + Coconut Water
    Lunch - 2 Bajara Rotis + 1 Cup Rajma Veggie + 1/2 Cup Dal + 1/2 Cup Brown Rice
    Evening - 1 Banana + 1 Cup Green Tea
    Dinner - At 08.10 PM. - 2 Bajara Rotis + 1 Cup Dry Peas Veggie + 1 Cup Buttermilk

    Exercise - 4.5 Miles Outside Walking + Meditation

    Water - 8 +

    Challenge 1 - Walk Off - 1 Point
    Challenge 2 - Early Dinner - 0 Point.

    Total Points - 1 Point.

    My diet and workout details..

    9-Feb-16:

    EM: tea + 5 almonds
    B: puli upma + 1/2 onion
    MM: peanut butter sandwich
    L: anar + carrots + beans poriyal + dal + rasam + rice
    EE: avareka sundal
    LE: soup
    D: veg semiya upma

    Workout: 2 miles LS in the morning + 30 mins walk in the evening

    Dinner before 8.30 pm



    10-Feb-16:

    EM: tea + 5 almonds
    B: dosa + onion tomato chutney
    MM: banana
    L: ridge gourd kootu + dal + rice + potato fry
    E: dal poli + tea
    D: dosa + onion tomato chutney + potato + kootu (basically all leftovers of the day..)

    Workout: 2 miles

    Dinner before 8.30 pm


    11-Feb-16:

    EM: tea
    B: pongal + coconut chutney
    MM: pasiparuppu payasam
    L: rice + dal + siru keerai + beetroot sweet pachadi (made of jaggery)
    E: tea + 1 pc dark chocolate + payasam (all in diff intervals)
    D: sweetcorn mushroom soup + 5 pc paneer pepper fry + mysore masala dosa (treat at hotel) + 2 bites of aloo paratha

    Workout: 2 miles walk

    Dinner at 9 pm.. missed it..
