    Sorry girls, managing several things at home with office and continuous sickness..Yesterday managed to kick start

    Feb 08

    EM-teA
    Bf - 3 rotis+capsicum
    Lunch -Pearl millet+buttermilk+2 egg whites
    Snack - 5 dates+Tea+almonds
    Dinner - 2 Roti + Okra

    Water - 3 lt
    Workout - 1 hour intense yoga

    POints 1, Let me finish the walk off challenge and claim the points together.

    Bf - coffee, vegetable idly
    Lunch - kale n corn fried rice, few tortilla pieces
    Snack - tea, pistachios, chocolate pie small
    Dinner - avocado 1 (at 7pm)

    Water - 2 lt
    Workout - 4.9 miles walk

    EM--2 cups water
    BF-- Beans patty Sandwich,1 cup coffee with 1/4th tsp of sugar
    MM--1/2 Bowl puffed rice, 1orange ,1 banana
    Lunch--Couscous Upma, 1 Bowl Zuchhni dal
    Snacks--1 Small moong dal flex seed ladoo,almonds,cashews,green tea
    Dinner--Mixed fruit salad,1 cup milk
    2.5 lts water
    30 mins Pranayaam
    18 mins Cardio

    Feb 7 - 15 mins elliptical and 1.5 km walk
    Feb 8 - 15 mins treadmill, 3 km outside walk and arm exercises

    Tried to finish dinner before 8.. ended up before 8 30 pm.

    Joining the sickness club..I'm also having cold n sore throat... :-(

    8-Feb-16:

    EM: warm water + 5 almonds + tea
    B: idli + thattakkai sambar
    L: anar + carrots + rice + sambar + cabbage poriyal + 5 pc banana chips
    E: urad dal porridge + 15 raisins
    D: 1 dosa + idli + mix veg besan sambar + 1/2 cup milk (before 8.30)

    Workout: 2 miles LS in the morning

    Points:

    Early dinner - 1
    not sure about workout points..
