    Dear all,

    As requested by some of our buddies here, I am posting this week's challenges . For the week 2 of February, we will be walking off some of our pounds with a regular walk.

    Challenge 1: Walk off 15 miles in this week. You can choose the regular walk, treadmill, inside a mall , follow walk at home videos or what ever is comfortable for you. You can walk 3 miles / day for 5 days or choose any number of miles based on your time and stamina. Remember this week, the more quicker you finish challenges, the more you get rest days... Heeheheheh :) You can do any other workouts on those declared rest days or simply rest and still get 1 point for this challenge.

    Challenge 2 : Complete off your dinner before 8 PM for this week.

    Goodness of an early dinner?

    Effects of having early dinner is so much. Your body needs a couple of hours to digest food. If your dinner time is late, past 9 and you hit the bed soon with a heavy dinner, your body does not have any activity to digest the food. This results in sluggishness and poor metabolism. Also, if your dinner is early, your body demands for a quicker and a hearty breakfast.

    You will get 1 points each for the above challenges. Walk off and have an early dinner and score 2 points every day.

    @mathiravi, good twist...
    as long as I am concerned I am doing both regularly... so I will keep my challenge to reach 16cups of water...I am still wandering around 10-12 cups ..
    Today 8k steps... was busy at work whole day and at home DS not well...
    Had one small cup coke..was feeling acidic...that's only cheat...rest of the day food intake went well..

    Good news gals.. I've lost 1 kg in Jan.. (I gained 0.5kg in the middle and lost that too).
