    Hi Friends,

    I received the mail.

    I would like to reduce my weight for the following reasons:

    Knee pain

    Come close to college day size

    The orthopaedic and endocrinologist wants me to reduce at least 5-10 kg.
    (current weight is 66 kg, five feet 2 and 1/2 inch ht)

    Improve health

    Last but not the least feel and look good.

    Thanks for the sample exercise and diet plan. Hope to follow them and drop few pounds. Just like others, want to lose my weight to become healthy, look good and fit better in my old clothes.

    Feb 1:

    Morning ragi Koozh 2 cups,1 apple
    Mid morning 15 almonds
    Lunch 1 cup brown rice cooked,1 small cup cucumber raita,fish gravy,tindora curry 1 small cup
    Evening 1 cup coffee with 1 tsp sugar
    Dinner 2 ragi dosa with 1small cup tindora curry,2 small oranges

    Exercise 15 mins yoga and stretches

    Feb 2:

    Morning 2 ragi dosa with tindora curry 1 small cup,1 apple
    Mid morning 15 almonds
    Lunch 1 cup brown rice cooked,1 cup sambar,1 boiled egg
    Evening 1 cup coffee with 1 tsp sugar,2 mini cucumbers
    Dinner 2 ragi dosa with 1 cup sambar,1 small orange

    Exercise 3 miles fat burn walk leslie
