    Hi ladies,
    I am in too... started replacing white rice with brown rice and incorporated rotis, grilled veg, raw veg salad, fruit salad in my diet and shed upto 6 pounds from 121-115 :) doing power yoga for an hour everyday along with this planning to start with walking/running to get a toned up body in the spring...i was diagnosed with pcos unluckily a month after wedding :( doctor advised me to reduce high carb diet...hope the reduction in weight and the diet helps in healing pcos...had a big belly but now its size is reduced...

    =============

    EM - warm water with lime and honey , 1/2 cup tea
    BF- 2.5 idli + Onion-garlic chutney + 6 almonds
    MM- 1 apple + Green tea
    Lunch - Barnyard millet upma with mix.veggies + Dry peas curry + spoon of yogurt
    Eve - 1/2 cup SL tea + 1/2 home made blue berry muffin
    Night - 1.5 phulka + Cucumber grated + 1 spoon left over peas curry.

    Workout -
    Jillian Michaels shred Level 1 with 4 lbs weight ( 2 lbs each)
    LS 1 mile booster walk with 4 lb( 2 lb each)
