    Hi Sujatha,

    In some sites, side bend is shown with weights. Need to do with weights or not. can you elaborate the twist, side bend and plank please.

    Hi laxmi , side bends u can do with weights or without weights, if u want to do with weights at home u can fill two 1 lt water bottle & can use it.
    Side plank, lie down on your side , use your elbow to support your body & lift ur body & hold for few seconds. Check online for side plank.
