    din 2 roti, coriander chutney, brinjals curry, 1 slice pineapple

    2 mile LS walk
    30 min spot jogging
    10 min cardio workout
    30 min brisk walk

    Hi gals.. Sorry pa.. I'm little busy this week. But diet and workout are in fulll form. Though I have little junk daily like a fried snack, I am working out for an hour. Hopefully I will lose. Will come back on monday..

    Btw, my MCA project viva is on Sunday. Please pray for me gals..

    I prefer whole barley.. Instead of powder.. if you use powder it will looks like porridge knw..
