    Today's list:
    Morning:Lemon water
    BF: Mixed fruit
    Mid: Buttermilk
    Lunch: 2 Chapathi with bhindhi masala
    Mid: Greentea
    Dinner: Mixed fruit
    Exercise: 30 Min


    I dont have any list or plan da will do all toning exercises, will look into goggle and will share the link today

    Started my diet...

    But yest I had gone for dinner outside with colleagues. (can't avoid it)

    But will compensate for the same today...

    BF : mostly its oats

    Lunch : 2 Chapathi with vegetable

    Dinner: Try to stick to fruits

    In between, lots of water and green tea.

    Hi guys, good work ,keep it up. Just now saw ur thread.

    Stopped by to say weightloss in a healthy way is important rather than having only weightloss . Having fruits is important in ur diet, but for the body we need carb, proteins, fat. In your diets u don't have protein which we ladies need more.

    I know u all are in 3 days diet plan. You guys will become tired , ur body won't support you to do any work, when we feel tired u will binge on food what all u see, so have a healthy diet .
    Sample for diet

    Early mrng. 1 cup warm water with lime & honey
    Brkfast. Oats / veggies omelette/ 3 idlis with sambar/2 dosai with sambar or chutney.
    Mid mrng. 1 fruit/ 1 cup buttermilk/ 10 nuts/ green tea
    lunch. 1 small portion rice or 3 small chappathi with dhal , veggies, curd
    evng. Green tea / sundal / fruit
    dinner. Soup / 2 chappathi with veg / milk
    water. 2 lts.

    Its just sample of food you can have to a healthy living, diet shd always be a thing which u can follow wherever you go otherwise u can't follow it regularly. Instead of white rice use millets , which is very tasty & healthy.
    I reduced a lot & I'm in my maintaining phase, so I thought I can help you guys.
    I never take rice twice a day, if I have idili or dosai for brkfast I will eat millets or chappathi for the other 2 meal. Have portion control, that itself will help u in weightloss. Pls don't forget to take protein daily.

    Workouts is very important for weightloss, you have lots of home workout videos in YouTube u can try in . Try Tracy campoli videos for abs, arms. Really worked out for me, along with weightloss toning is important otherwise we will reduce the weight but look old, if u do toning along with your workouts u will look young.
    Cardio is the key to weightloss, only with cardio workout u will reduce the weight. Try leslie sansone videos for walking at home.

    Thank u for reading the whole post. Happy weightloss journey, don't feel guilty if u can't follow the diet, next day u can do it, but make sure u are shaking up your body.
