My 15 months old will never go to sleep unless breastfed.that too only at night.even when he wakes inbetween he ll start to search otherwise will start crying until breast fed.is there any suggestions to stop this
most babies have this habit. you can slowly wean him out. don't you think 15 months is a bit early to wean him/her ? u can give him a good dinner - like ragi koozhu or cerelac , and give him formula milk just before making him sleep.. this will reduce his appetite and he'll slowly lose interest in breast fed milk... but if this is not because he is huingry, but rather a habit , then u may need to look out for some other alternatives, like have someone else make him sleep, like your mom, or husband, and be out of sight till he falls asleep. a few days like this, and he'll soon forget about feeding.
