    Congrats kalaeswar, :helpfor your weightloss. But 3 lbs a week is little over, slow weight reduction will remain for ever & u can maintain it. Check your diet & exercise ,after a while your body will feel tired & won't support u in your weightloss . Healthy weightloss is important for your soul & body.
    This is my own experience not to demotivate you, jus suggestion. I was in this journey for the past 1 year & now I'm in maintaining phase. :bowdown

    Hi Sujatha,

    Yeah you are right ,I guess it is the water loss and normally happens in the first week.Next week on the weight loss would be I guess 2 to 2.5 lb which is normal.I have done this 3-4 years back and lost 30Lbs but as age progresses it is so hard to loose the weight:rant

    Is the plank, russian twist, side bend for 1 minute - 5 reps?

    or just 5 counts? Even the plank?

    Hi sujatha ...thank u for the reply.can u please explaining me about diet . now Morng I have lemon and honey with warm water aftr that dosa or something as breakfast with orange juice ..then lunch only fruites some days chappathi
    Then Evng tea without sugar and biscut then neight only fruits or juice ...that's all ...Morng 30 mnts wrkout also....

    Is it enough for weightloss....please give me a suggestion abt ths diet and tell me what food I can add in ths

    Kalaeswar, s water loss will b there 1 st, later only the fat from body will start reducing.

    Aswathi, is this your diet regularly or for this month u r following this?
    I don't think this diet is enough for u, u should include protein daily. Have millets for lunch along with vegetables. Fruits also have sugar, if u eat only fruits for lunch & dinner u may feel tired. Carb is also needed for the body. Healthy way of diet will keep u active & fresh.

    Yesterday I too have registered this weight loss course.. Waiting for the email..

    The reason for weight loss:

    i have née & back pain, so dr suggested me to reduce weight..

    i had a legment tear in the past & so want to avoid any arthritis in the near future...

    & Most importantly, want to be fit & more confident person..

    & this weight loss is a long time pending, so hopefully shall achieve my goal / dream weight in this 2016..
