Yoga for women and moms-to-be

Hi all,
Having learnt the art of yoga from the Yoga Maestro "Baba Ramdev" I feel knowledge is best when spread among others.

I wish to offer Yoga classes for women of all ages. This Yoga aasans are for getting rid of all ailments including obesity (overweight), Spondilytis,high blood pressure, arthritis and chronic stomach ailment, etc.

For pregnant ladies":
Every women has a dream of very talented and intellectual extra ordinary child, which can be achieved by regularly practising pranayama & yoga exercises. Also one can escape of being a mother of physically and mentally retired child.
Diseases like Asthma, vomiting, depression, thyroid, backache etc. are dealt in detail.

Location: For Bur Dubaiítes, my home...All you need to get is ürself and a mat.
For other locations: eg Qusais. Deira,..I will need someones home to conduct the class.

Hi all
The class will start post Diwali...so eat what you like during these days of festivity and then we start the class.

Please tell me whats better..once/ twice a week class.
