    I was on pradosha vrat so didn't have rice.

    B: banana + elanthapazham + tea with 2 marie biscuits
    L: 1/2 cup potato curry + nannari juice
    EE: tea
    LE: 1 small sathumavu urundai + tea
    D: ragi dosa with coconut chutney & curd

    Workout:

    1 mile LS
    1/2 hr walk in the park & temple

    Water: 2 l

    Day4:
    Breakfast:1glass water with Lime
    Coffee ,1 bread with lite mayonnaise
    Snack Protien Bar and coffee
    Lunch 1/2cup wheat fada and 1/2 cup keerai and 1/2 cup yogurt
    mid evening snack protien bar
    Dinner 2 chapatthis and 1/2 cup veggies
    Usially driink 8cups of water.

    I am actually feeling very hungry so not exercising for now.Dont know how to deal with that.Any one knows ideas to suppress your appetite

    Hi kalaeswar, Very good diet. Are you working or home maker?

    To start with exercise
    1. After the 3 meals do 10 mins walk, so totally 30 mins u would have walked per day.
    2. Walk for 5 mins before meals, makes u 15 mins per day

    Try to have buttermilk or soup along with your Mid evng snack, so u will feel little fuller till dinner time. Eat a fruit for snack.

    To everyone, try to eat slowly, chewing the food, this will make u feel full . Instead of 4 idlis 3 itself will be enough & u will feel full.

    This is how I started my journey & had weightloss. I was a lazy potato couch. Not now.
    letz try to have our own challenges which will motivate ourselves.

    My diet was totally out of control today :bonk

    Workouts

    LS 2 miles walk, 30 mins
    Walk around apartment 15 mins

    Anyone want to get love handles ? Join me from Monday , 14 days challenge. It worked for me before, was in good shape. Again has to reduce few inches around waist.

    Morning - Green tea in warm water - no sugar
    Break fast - Semiya upma
    11.30 am - Kanji in buttermilk
    Lunch - 1 bowl of Brown rice with sambar, keerai, curd
    Evening - 5 almonds and spearmint tea
    Dinner - 3 idlis with pudina chutney

    Workout :

    30 mins walk - 2.25 miles

    I lost 3 LBs last week so truly motivated ,will plan on adding exercise regime too.Following the same diet with less carbs and more protiens.

    Hi Aswathi, surely we will do it, we will start from tomorrow . I reduced 2 inches & was in shape before, now up with 1 inch. Together if we do, it will be easy to be motivated , so let's start.
    14 days challenge for love handles

    Day 1: 5 Russian twist 5 sidebends. 5 second plank
    Day 2: 10 Russian twist. 10 side bends. 10 second plank
    Day 3: 15 Russian twist. 15 sidebends. 15 second plank
    Day 4. :rest
    Repeat like this, increase 5 counts everyday with 4th day rest.last day we will finish it by 50 counts. Do it for the next 14 days & see the change.

    Guys everyone can do it, join us.
    Measure ur waist before starting , tomorrow we will note it down, then will measure after 14 days. But diet is important along with it. Make sure eating rice only once a day, if u eat idly or dosai for breakfast avoid rice for lunch & dinner, instead have millets or chappathi, soup.
