    Hi,
    Day1:
    EM: warm water with lemon and honey
    BF: semiya upma and 1 cup of coffee
    Lunch: rice with veg curry and curd
    Dinner: roti with veg curry
    Workouts : 45 mins

    Day2 :
    EM : warm water with lemon and honey
    BF: 2 dosa with coconut chutney
    3 carrots
    Lunch : rice with coconut chutney, rasam and curd
    Snacks: 1 cup of corn and 3 carrots
    Dinner: 2 dosa with chutney

    Workouts : 45 mins

    Day 3:

    Workouts: no workouts bcoz of some work
    EM : warm water with lemon and honey
    BF: 2 rotis with bhendi chutney
    Lunch: rice with green pepper curry and curd
    Snacks: 1 cup of corn and 1/2 cup of pomegranate

    Every day intake of water is 2 ltrs.

    Will try to follow the diet plan from next week onwards.

    I want to reduce my weight bcoz I am in the process of TTC .

    Day1:

    Lunch: rice with veg curry and curd
    Dinner: rice with curry
    Workouts : 15 mins walking

    Day2 :
    EM : warm water with lemon and honey
    BF: 2 idli with chutney
    Lunch : rice with pappu and curd
    Dinner: 2 rotis withpapu

    Day 3:
    Workouts: no workouts bcoz of some work
    EM : warm water with lemon and honey
    BF: 2 idli with sangapappu karam
    Lunch: rice with pappu and curd
    Dinner: Rice with curd

    Day 3:
    EM : warm water with lemon and honey
    BF: 2 Utappams with 1tsp oil with capsicum fry

    Due to some works and winter, not able to follow the work outs. I will definitely follow the diet plan as well as work outs from next week onwards.

    Hi friends, good start, keep moving.

    Yesterday I was not well so outside food only. No workouts.

    7th jan

    Bf. 1 cup ragi semi ya with coconut & sugar +tender coconut water
    MM. Little kesari
    lunch. Small bowl rice + chicken gravy
    Evng. 1 bowl chicken soup
    dinner. Chappathi + chicken gravy

    Water 1 lt( I know it's little after my cold I will try to increase my intake, before I was taking 3 lts everyday)
    No workouts bcous of drowsiness

    40 minutes yoga
    Orange juice + 5 almonds
    1 toast, 2 egg white
    Mid morning : papaya
    Lunch: 2 roti, raita, dal, mixed vegetables
    20 minutes walk
    Night 2 rotis, paneer
    20 minutes walk

    Day 4 - 7th Jan

    Morning - Green tea in warm water - no sugar
    Break fast - 4 rava idly with coconut chutney
    11.30 am - kanji in buttermilk
    lunch - 2 chapathi and bowl of sprouts
    evening - spearmint tea and 5 almonds
    Dinner - semiya upma

    Workout - 1 hour cardio

    water - drank sufficiently.

    Weight - 141lbs
    height - 5'5
    current BMI - 23.46
    Ideal BMI - 22

    5 soaked almonds
    Breakfast - 2 dosa with chutney

    Lunch - methi thepla and salad
    Dinner - dosa and sambar

    Day 3
    Wake up - 2glasses methi water
    5 soaked almonds
    Breakfast - 1cup poha
    Snack - oranges
    Lunch - lauki and roti
    Dinner - moong , kadi and roti

    Day 4
    Wake up - 2glasses methi water
    5 soaked almonds
    Breakfast - paniyaram
    Snack - handful mixed nuts
    Lunch - rajma and roti
    Dinner - gobhi , dal and roti

    Bmi - 35.9
    Weight - 207

    i usually follow regular or normal diet...but no exercise ..my target is to reduce 5 kg initially....hoping for best ...thank u indusladies team for ur grt support and my wishes to my IL friends...
