    Hi All,

I am starting here a new thread regarding the health of our kids.
My younger child is 5 yrs old(5yrs and 10 days exactly) and I feel that he is underweight. He was 2.75 kg when he was born and now he is 16 kgs. Eventhough he is very smart in his daily activites and studies, he looks very slim and so that I am very upset. Can anyone advice me regarding this matter and also please suggest some vitamin syrup and tablets.

    Thanks,
    Usha

    Hi Usha,
Doctors say if your child is happy & active then we should not worry about their weight. So stop worrying,if you still concerned then you can add ghee, butter, cheese in his food.

If you are hearing labored breath sounds then she probably needs to be seen by a pulmonologist(a lung specialist). He will do a lung function test and then put her on something to get her breathing fine again. Don't worry too much, with the amount of pollutants in the air these days lots of kids have lung issues. Don't delay getting it checked out though.

    Hi ramathi,

hows your little girl now? Hope everything is going well with her.If you are still looking for answers, I would suggest try ayurvedic medicine for her.Ayurveda has some good remedies for asthma and respiratory health and without side effects.
