Is sleep evading you?

    What should you do to get a better sleep?

    This is a question which many of you are pondering on. Many people find it difficult to go to sleep, immediately after lying down on the bed. This is despite the fact that they have had a hard day at work. So what should you do?

    Just follow the instructions given below and try!
    1. Switch off all electronic devices at least thirty minutes before going to bed. This is important because the light from these devices interferes with the melatonin production in the body thereby inhibiting sleep.
    2. Make sure that you have taken all your regular medications because altered sugar or pressure levels might disrupt sleep.
    3. Lay calmly on your bed just concentrating on your breath. Just follow your breath as you inhale and exhale.
    4. Reflect on the events of the day and while doing so, focus on different parts of the body.
    5. Listening to some soothing spa music will also help. You can find a lot of it on YouTube.
    By doing all of the above diligently you should not have any problems falling asleep in the wink of an eye.

    Drinking lukewarm milk half an hour before going to sleep also helps.

    Good points. No electronic devices is what i find hard to do.

    Also avoid drinks containing caffeine in them after evening time. And having a fixed time of going to sleep also helps.

    nice tips dear. we can also use aloe vera gel mask to get better sleep. We have to put that mask for just 20 to 30 min on our eyes before sleep. It relaxes eyes and also stress .
