    I signed up for this 30-day course. I'am eagerly waiting to reduce my weight as hypothyroidism is not letting me to do so, though I do 1 hour exercise(zym) 5 days a week and healthy food habbits. Lets hope this course will give me better results.

    i joined here because i want to release my excess weight(as told by loiuse hay-never say lose weight)and feel young,conceive,and achieve all my goals.I have already started by stopping junk food to minimum.Need boost for exercise so have joined this group for endless motivation.Cheers!!1
