    Why to be ashamed or feeling down of our own body? It will turn and shape in what kind of lifestyle we live. Ladies, be happy that we all have good health despite of how we look.

    I am 5'10" a bit tall, before marriage due to so much work pressure and house work I used to be thin at about 55 kg and now I weigh 70 kg but look more slim, healthy and glowing. I am less worried, more happy, and contribute towards my exercise on daily basis.

    For good health, weight is not the only gauge, I eat whatever I wish but in control. Not eating food what we like creates a state of depression, so indulge sometimes.

    I love my body in every shape as I am responsible what I am doing to myself.

    U seem to eat healthy,,,could u please share ur food intake ...it would really help many of us who are struggling to stay healthy....please provide ur food intake for 2 normal week days....hugsmiley...and please keep active in this thread

    iam not worried to a depression level and specially weight contributes to healh more while you are aging.
    Also being grown in the family of doctors and married to a doctor himself iam fully aware of weight issues and working towards it.

    especially in 40s i need to help myself more

    I beleive this thread is just for mutual encouragement on weight loss.

    so theres a crepe bandage n a splint above tht!!! tht too right hand..

    Dear Anvithaji,

    I am so sorry if I have offended you in any manner. I was just giving my opinion in matter of weight loss. And also I am in family of doctors, but just now a days people are only considering good health as mutual to less weight or more of less bmi.

    I have seen very lean and fit seeming person to have high cholesterol and high bp
    (and who do not have bad habits like smoking and drinking).

    Age is just a number, at any age one can take a step towards healthy lifestyle.

    But after all it is everyone's own journey, I will try to post only positive things. Best of luck to you and all.
