    Hi

I was looking for a Idly recipe and came across a recipe that uses "idli rava - cream of rice". Please can you advise is this the same as Rice flour as that is what we get in the stores near to me.

    Hi chithra mam,

made maida atta thenkuzhal. it came out very nicely especially your tip of being careful on salt adding and also strictly not to add any fat medium to the flour was very useful. it came out tasty and crispy.

    thanks

    Hello Chitvish Ma'm

I will be visiting Chennai next week, especially in the T Nagar area. I really like the Gujiya and want to try making it myself so like to buy the mould. Does anyone know where in T Nagar I can buy this mould? It looks something like this:[IMG]
