    Couldn’t diet during weekend, as I was at inlaws place and couldn’t control myself form having her delicious food.
    Weight as on sep 14: 66kg
    Strict diet from today onwards.

    Sept 7, 2015 - 61 kg
    Sept 14, 2015 - 61 kg


    I couldn't do any exercise at all last week and was eating rice on most of the days' lunch. At least I didn't gain weight back !!

    milk and poha for bf
    small bun for snack
    rice and leafy dal for lunch
