    count me in too... 8 yrs of experience java development. currently in maternity leave wondering if I will be out of touch with industry after leave....

    could you please share tips on handling stress at work...I am sure we all face time constraints managing home and job

    May be you can take up training again. Now a days i see some programs by bigger companies for women's second career. Visit their sites and you might get some idea.
