    Really awaiting for the diet, im going to take a month break from gym, so i think this diet will keep me in pace.
    BBD, nice posts explaining about protein intake, menus. Good going.
    Happy weekend friends, Lets make it work to a great extend.

    But this may not give us 20 gms protein each meal.

    Dear, Understand your body needs and act accordingly. You necessarily don't have to eat that much proteins. Everybody's body is different and so their needs of micro-nutrients and calories etc., There is no one size fits all. If you focus only on reaching 20 grams of protein and in the process of meeting that req you may exceed your daily calorie intake, then your weight is going to increase only. And some people can't stomach too much protein, it may make you feel gassy and bloated. SO keep all those stuffs in mind and try to plan your meals with a decent amount of balanced nutrients. Just my 2 cents.

    Flutter u r right.
    Magicworld, u know what u need, have u followed any diet before? if yes, u can follow this clean diet, if no, first, u try portion controls & make ur body accept it, then do clean diet. Bcous u may feel fatigue, tired if u go in for diet for the first time.

    Im in the game too.Started of my day 1 today. So sept 10th i will be finishing my phase I introductory giving 2-3 days break n between. Happy to see you all guys. Come on lets cheer up, lose and have fun!! happy dieting

    3rd August 2015 :

    Breakfast : egg with avacado
    Snacks : cappacino with no sugar
    Lunch : Chicken ginger chilli soup
    Snacks : green tea
    Dinner : 1/2 roti ( no oil only baked roti) + prawn curry

    Workout : Walking and climbing stairs

    Will provide the feedback on my weight and inches loss next monday !!!

    Hi Ladies

    I have been questioned by many people around me " why are you dieting and losing weight ; since you are not fat and look fit only " But my answer is " I want to be healthy and not planning for super model competition " ... I am here trying lose weight only 5 kgs but mainly want to tone ... to tone up especially on your tummy you need to be strict regime of diet and exercise else you will lose weight but never tone up ....

    Have you ever faced like these negative comments ??? Please share and vent out ....


    On contrary my hubby stated " Now this dress looks very beautiful and nice on you " ; My son (only 4.5 yrs old) stated" Amma you look thinner and less wobbly tummy "....

    These both statement is my inspiration of my life .... :)
